Seniors’ Tennis Report – March 2022
Ulladulla Seniors Tournament
A large contingent of KSDTA players participated in the Ulladulla Seniors tournament held from Friday 18th to Sunday 20th February. The very popular event is the first tournament for the year and proved so popular that Tournament Director Mary-Lou Barclay had to place many players on a “Waiting” list as many events were full. Many players recorded wins in the following events

Australian Senior Championships-Sue Roche
Sue Roche from Gerringong started to play in the ITF Seniors some years ago and has been enjoying her tennis.
In January 2022 Sue reached the final of the 65 Australian Singles played at Swan Hill. Sue lost a close final to Sara Goddard 6/3 2/6 6/2 on the grass.
Sue has just returned from the Oceania Championships held on the clay at Kooyong in Melbourne where she did not play singles but performed well
In the Ladies’ Doubles with Sue Willis from Canberra. Sue Roche in March 2022 has an Australian singles ranking of No 2 in the 65 Ladies’ Singles division.
